Short biography:
Postdoctoral Researcher at the Research Centre in Economic and Organizational Sociology (SOCIUS-CSG) - ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management, in the Project "Women on Corporate Boards: an integrative approach". Graduate Degree in Psychology (field of Social and Organizational Psychology), ISCTE - Lisbon University Institute. Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology, ISCTE - Lisbon University Institute. PhD in Economic and Organizational Sociology, at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management. The research activity has been focused on multiculturalism, minorities and gender equality. She developed scientific activity on cultural diversity competencies and training of professionals in child and youth care services in Portugal, Portugal’s quota-parity law and the development of work-life articulation policies in Portugal.
