Susana Almeida Lopes received the PhD in Organizational Psychology from Lisbon University; and the Psychology Degree from Coimbra University, with specializations in Work and Organizational Psychology, and Clinical Psychology. SAL lectures at ISEG and Psychology Faculty of Lisbon University, and is currently a member of the Research Center for the Psychological Science of the Lisbon University and Advance research center. SAL coordinates also the Equality Forum at SHL Portugal. Her research targets talent management, equality, and AI applied to HR. She started her career at SHL, where she advanced from Trainee to Managing Consultant. After 11 years working as Organizational Director at VdA, she returned to SHL as Managing Partner. She was awarded several times for gender and talent management innovative projects, and ranked among the most innovative individuals by Financial Times, in 2014.
