Short biography:
PhD in Management from Lisbon School of Economics & Management (ISEG), Universidade de Lisboa with the thesis “Essays on the use of incentives for SME managers” approved with distinction and honors (2018). Master in Management and Business Control from Lisbon Accounting and Business School (ISCAL), IPL – Politécnico de Lisboa with the dissertation “Anomalias de calendário dos mercados financeiros português, russo e alemão [Calendar anomalies of Portuguese, Russian and German financial markets]” (2011). Degree in Management from Lisbon Accounting and Business School (ISCAL), IPL – Politécnico de Lisboa and degree in Finance (awarded with distinction) from Donetsk College of Finance and Economics (Ukraine). She is currently invited assistant professor of Financial Markets and Products, Quantitative Finance and Financial Management and Investments at ISCAL and researcher of the Value and Finance group at the Centre of Research in Social Sciences and Management (CSG). Her main areas of research are management control systems, managerial incentives, performance measurement and behavioral accounting.
