Short biography:
Consultant in Projects and Information Systems. Professor of Post-Graduate Project Management Program IDEFE/ISEG. Has the following degrees: PhD in Management from ISEG (University of Lisbon); MSc in Management from ISCTE-IUL; Postgraduate in Project Management by ISCTE-IUL; Degree in Geographical Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences (University of Lisbon). He is currently a member of the CSG / Advance research group and is involved in research and consulting projects in different disciplines. He was Administrator, Technical Director, Quality Director and Project Manager of organizations in the areas of geographic engineering. International Certification in Project Management (IPMA). His research interest are the Management of IS/IT investments, Benefits Management; Project, Program and Portfolio Management; Success of IS/IT projects in Health.
