On the next 18th of October, CSG’s Work & Employment Research Group will be hosting the webinar “Why Are Women Underrepresented in the American IT Industry? The Role of Explicit and Implicit Gender Identities”, a programme with Professor Alexander Serenko (Management Information Systems, Faculty of Business and IT – Ontario Tech University; Faculty of Information – University of Toronto, CA) as guest speaker.
The webinar is held by the CSG’s Work & Employment Research Group that is under the coordination of researchers Carla Curado and Pilar Mosquera, both also members of ADVANCE – Advanced Research Center in Management ISEG.
