Advanced training of human resources
Research and teaching inbreeding is a key concern, thereby requiring the integration of research findings and theoretical advancements in teaching resources and the involvement of students in research activities. The fact that CSG is responsible for four doctoral programmes in ISEG enables and facilitates this interlinking. Several members participate in doctoral and master programs, in ISEG and elsewhere, through teaching and supervision of PhD and master theses. Moreover, the mobility and exchange of teachers and students is considered an important output. In this sense, the construction of protocols with national and international universities, particularly from Portuguese-speaking countries, constitutes a major priority for the centre.
