Short biography:
PhD in Management (2016) by Lisbon School of Economics and Management of the Universidade de Lisboa, with the thesis "The Effects of the Perceptions of Instrumentation of the Performance Evaluation in the Responses to the Organization". Master's Degree in Policies and Human Resources Management (1996) by the Higher Institute of Labor and Business Sciences, with the thesis "The Management of Creativity and Human Resources Practices - the case of Advertising Agencies". Degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra (1988). She is currently working as a lecturer at the Lisbon School of Economics and Management of Universidade de Lisboa, at the Master's in Human Resource Management, at the Master's in Business Management and at the Master's Degree in Management. She is also a researcher at the Work and Employment Group at ADVANCE /CSG. Her research themes and publications have focused mainly in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She practiced professional activity in the area of Human Resources Management and Marketing for almost two decades. She also has extensive experience as a trainer, executive coach and psychotherapist.
