Short biography:
Professor at University of the Azores, Ph.D. in Management (Entrepreneurship). Holds a MsC in Public Management and a degree in Business. She teaches Entrepreneurship, Human Resources and Innovation to masters and undergraduate courses. She is a research fellow at Advance/CSG, ISEG, Universidade de Lisboa. Her main research interests include Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Tourism, Healthcare Management and Innovation. She has published several articles in international conferences and journals such as Tourism Management and Business Horizons.
