Short biography:
Paulo L. Henriques (Ph.D. Technical University of Lisbon) is a full professor at the ISEG - Economics and Management School, University of Lisbon, where he teaches courses on Business Ethics and Negotiation, Public Personnel Management, Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior to undergraduate and graduate students. His Research explores several themes of organizational behavior such as trust, mentoring, knowledge management and human resources practices; his interest relay also in the implications of emotional intelligence in the firm’s day-to-day operations in a domestic and or in a multi-domestic environment.
