Short biography:
Aggregation in Economics, Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Technical University of Lisbon (in 2002). PhD in Economics, Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Technical University of Lisbon, with a thesis in the area of Energy Economics (in 1994). Master in Mathematical Methods for Economics and Business Management, Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Technical University of Lisbon, with a dissertation in the area of Statistics (in 1990). Degree in Economics, Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Technical University of Lisbon (in 1987). University lecturer since 1987, currently Associate Professor with Aggregation of the Department of Economics of the Lisbon School of Economics and Management of the Universidade de Lisboa (ISEG / UL), teaching and researching in the areas of Microeconomics, Energy Economics and Environment, Policies And Social-Economic Impact of Projects. Member of the team and coordinator of about three dozen projects, in the areas of teaching and research. Experience in academic management positions over the last two decades, currently ISEG/UL Degree in Economics, ISEG/UL Vice-President of the Pedagogical Council and Member of the Executive Committee of the ISEG/UL Department of Economics, among other charges. Since 2017, he is vice president of CEsA.
