Short biography:
Invited Associate Professor at ISEG – University of Lisbon. Teaches topics related to Information Systems, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, and Agile Methods. Member of the scientific coordination of the Masters in Information Systems Management at ISEG and member of the advisory board of the Post-Graduation course in Data Science and Business Analytics, and the Post-Graduation course in Information Systems & Technologies for Organizations. In charge of the internal Information Systems Department of ISEG. He holds a PhD in Management at ISEG – Universidade de Lisboa, an MSc in Information Management in the Sheffield University, Post-Graduation course in Business Management at ISCTE-IUL and a 5-year “Licenciatura” degree in Computer Science at Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa. In the past, he has been a co-founder and General manager of an Information Systems company dedicated to Agile Software development, as well as director of Information Systems departments of different companies in sectors like telecommunications, construction and yellow-pages.
