Short biography:
Cleuber Vieira is a Professor at the State University of Montes Claros, Minas Gerais/Brazil, research on the determination of investment in economic activity. He is currently a PhD student at the Institute of Management and Economics of the University of Lisbon (ISEG), researching the impact of the investment in energy supply in Brazil, and also participates in the Centre for African and Development Studies.
