On October 10, 2018, it will take place the launching of the book Brazilian Debt – A Big Deal (2018) by Professor Rabah Benakouche (with a preface by Professor Joaquim Ramos Silva) at ISEG, at 6:00 p.m. (Auditorium 2, Quelhas nº6, Lisbon) , with presentation by Professor José Maria Carvalho Ferreira.
About the author:
Rabah Benakouche holds a Docteur d’Etat in Economics from the University of Paris, a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the École Centrale in Paris, a Full Professor (retired) from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil); Researcher at SOCIUS, ISEG of the Universidade de Lisboa. Among others, he is the author of the titles: World Accumulation and Dependence, Ed Vozes, 1980; What is International Capital, Ed. Brasiliense, 1982; Monetary Evaluation of the Environment, Ed. Mc Graw Hill, 1994 (co-authored); Quality Cabocla, Ed. UnB, 1997 (in co-authorship).
