Short biography:
Associated Researcher at CEsA/CSG. PhD in Development Policy and Management (Global Development Institute, University of Manchester), in 2017. Her thesis, titled “Reshaping sovereignty powers in agriculture in the Limpopo valley, Mozambique (2004-2014)”, researched the constitution of sovereignty powers through farming projects in irrigation schemes of Xai-Xai and Chókwè. Structurally, analysis was based on the comparison of processes of negotiation and implementation of those projects, informed by private equity and Chinese cooperation funding and management models.
