Short biography:
Redy Wilson Lima is graduated in Sociology (ULNH e FSCH-UNL, Portugal) and PhD student in Urban Studies (FCSH-UNL e ISCTE-IUL, Portugal). He is s a non-doctoral researcher at CICS.NOVA.FCSH (Portugal), collaborative researcher at CEsA/CSG/ISEG-ULisboa (Portugal), co-founder of the Nhanha Bongolon collective (Cabo Verde) e invited assistant professor at Instituto Superior de Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais (Cabo Verde) and member of CODESRIA (Dakar). He is currently developing a PhD research project on the processes of youth affirmation and appropriation of urban space in Cabo Verde and is one of the curators in the urban art program of the Xalabas project in the neighbohood of Achada Grande Frente.
