Short biography:
Master in Financial Economics, University of London and Bachelor of Business Administration from Eduardo Mondlane University - UEM (Mozambique). Part-time lecturer at the Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM) and at the Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologia de Moçambique (ISCTEM). He is a PhD student in management from ISEG, University of Lisbon, with research on risks in public-private partnerships. He is an integrated researcher at CESA. The main areas of interest include general and strategic management, organizational development, applied economics to various sectors, including environmental economics, construction and transport economics, Public Private Partnerships, business risk analysis in the Roads Sector. He is an independent consultant on topics of general and strategic management, technical opinions on policies and strategies, elaboration of diverse studies. It is also worth mentioning the participation of professional working groups and specialized teams. He is currently a full-time employee of the Mozambique Roads Fund.
