Short biography:
Degree in Public Administration, with a minor in political sciences, from the University of Aveiro, oriented to the management of services, considering customer satisfaction (internal and external), the organization of the institution/company as well as the budgetary and financial management of the same. In possession of a Master degree in Public Management, with a specialization in Human Resources Management, from the same University. Presently finishing a Ph.D., at the University of Salamanca, Spain, in the course of Social Studies in Science and Technology. The thesis title is “The role of Actors in partnerships between European and African universities in development in the context of XXI century”. Is a study with a special focus on International Cooperation and the importance of higher education in the development of human resources and its impact in the economy of countries in development and, as a consequence, in quality of life. Collaborative Member as Researcher in the field of Social Sciences at Centre for Studies on Africa, Asia and Latin America – CEsA/ISEG-ULisboa. At the moment working for European Commission in Brussels, Belgium.
