Short biography:
She born in Poland on September 26, 1961. Lives in Portugal since 1984. She concluded her PhD in Economics at the University of Évora, with the title of "The Economics of the Volunteering Decision", under the guidance of Dr. Cesaltina Pires and Dr. Leonel Prouteau form the University of Nantes. Since 1997, she teaches at the School of Business Sciences at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal - lecturing on the disciplines of Economics. Since 2013 director of the School of Business Sciences. From 1986 to 1998 was the head of administrative services and then Financial and Economic Adviser of UCHEDES - Union of Economic Housing Cooperatives of the District of Setúbal. From 1994 to 1997 responsible for the economic and financial department of the construction, company UHP - Construções S.A. Research in the area of volunteering, social economy, economic development. Married, mother of 2 children.
