Short biography:
PhD in management at the Lisbon School of Economics and Management of the Universidade de Lisboa (ISEG/ULisboa), with a thesis on the optimization of resource management through the modeling of demand preferences. Master in Business Sciences from the University of the Azores, with a dissertation on the optimization of the location of waste collection infrastructures. Degree in Naval Military Sciences - branch of Naval Administration by Escola Naval. Currently, works a professor at the Naval School, where, in addition to teaching, he also exercises scientific coordination in the Management area. Its main areas of interest are: decision-making factors, mobility, logistics operations, maritime transport and tourism.
