PhD in Economic Sociology of Organizations by the Superior Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG) of the Universidade de Lisboa (2016). Master in Administration by the Graduate Program in Administration (CPGA) of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2013). Graduation in Administration from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2010). Has experience in the areas of Technological and Social Innovation, People Management, Social Management and Statistics. Substitute professor of the discipline of Negotiation in Public Governance of CESFI - UDESC. Researcher at ISEG in the group of SOCIUS - Universidade de Lisboa.
