Interdisciplinary Thematic Network of MAR (RedeMAR) of the University of Lisbon initiates a new cycle of monthly Conferences, which in 2017 will underlie the theme “Sea and Future (s)“.
The session that will opens this Cycle will address “Ocean Engineering and the Development of the Economy of the Sea“, and will take place on February 8, 2017, at 3:30 p.m., at the Instituto Superior Técnico, Sala VA5 of the Pavilion of Civil.
This session will bring together António Pascoal (IST, UL), Ruben Eiras (M.M.) and Fátima Montemor (IST, UL) in a dialogue environment moderated by Amílcar Soares (IST, UL). In the participatory debate, the guests will be encouraged to exchange knowledge, academic discussion and reinforcement of the interconnections between scientific and technological knowledge.
