The SOCIUS of the CSG / ISEG-ULisboa invites to the Workshop “The Dematerialization of the Economy in Social and Human Sciences“, which will take place at ISEG (Amphitheater NOVO BANCO, Edifício Quelhas), on the 21st March 2017, at 9:30 p.m.
The historical challenges that contemporary societies face now are substantially related to the contingencies of Information and Communication Technologies in a space-time patterned by globalization.
SOCIUS / ISEG-ULisboa’s line of research “Sustainable Development, Third Sector and Social Networks” decided to conduct a workshop on “The Dematerialisation of Economics in Social and Human Sciences”, in the continuity of others workshops already carried out annually. We intend to investigate and to debate the abstract and complex nature of what many call the “virtual economy” or “digital economy”, taking into account its social and behavioral visibility in the Market Economy, Social Economy, Third Sector, Social Responsibility and Social networks.
