Just out the special issue “Migração em Países Lusófonos”, volume 33, nr 2 (2018) of the Journal “Cadernos de Estudos Sociais”, with the editorial of Wilson Fusco, Morvan de Mello Moreira, Ricardo Ojima, Jorge Malheiros and João Peixoto.
This special issue revisits the multiple migratory exchanges that have existed between these countries and reassesses the new positions they acquire on the map of global migration. The migratory exchanges between Brazil and Portugal have historical roots and continue to stimulate the production of theoretical and empirical studies for their broader and deeper understanding.
