The project AFRO-PORT – Afrodescendence in Portugal: sociabilities, representations and sociopolitical and cultural dynamics. A study in the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon (FCT, PTDC / SOC-ANT / 30651/2017) invites researchers/professors and postgraduate students with an interest in reflecting on methodological issues and fieldwork in social research, to participate in Workshop “The Method in the Center: Participatory Field Research in Debate” with Cris Andrada, social psychologist, professor at PUC-SP and consultant of the AFROPORT project.
The Workshop intends to be an open space for debate on aspects that make up the challenges, charms and calls of the daily activities of participatory field research, within the so-called “Horizontal Methodologies”.
