ULab ISEG organizes, along with several partners, the 2nd Edition of Art of Hosting: International Training in Participatory Leadership, from September 27 to 30, 2018, at Palace Baldaya, in Lisbon.
Participatory Leadership (or Host Art) creates the conditions for all the ideas, opinions and capacities existing within a group to emerge (and can be taken advantage of), especially when new solutions are needed.
