ULab ISEG is happy to announce that in 2019 will team up with other leaders and change makers around the world to participate in an Education 4.0 SLab – Society Transformation Lab.
SLabs convene teams who are willing to act and lead change. It will help these teams to gain leadership capacity by working through global-online and local-break out sessions, using advanced presencing practices.
Our project at ISEG is open to all those that whish to join and contribute for profound evolutionary change in Society and in Education in particular.
We believe leadership today involves the capacity to facilitate a shift of mindset from a narrow understanding of self-interest (ego-system) to one that makes decisions based on the well-being of the whole system (eco-system).
